Welcome to Botexy (botexy.com). By accessing, browsing, or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before initiating any project with us.

1. Scope of Services
Botexy (operated by Rashedul Islam) provides WordPress design, custom development, PageSpeed and performance optimization, e-commerce solutions, website maintenance, and security hardening services. The detailed scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for every project will be formally agreed upon via email or written project proposal prior to commencement.

2. Quotations and Payments

  • Payment Terms: For custom web development projects, a non refundable 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon full project completion and final review, before the live site transfer or administrative access handover.
  • Small Tasks / Hourly Work: Tasks such as quick speed fixes, malware removal, or minor updates require 100% advance payment.
  • Payment Gateways: All transaction fees charged by third party payment gateways (e.g., Bank Transfer, Wise, Stripe, PayPal, Local Mobile Banking) are the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Client Responsibilities & Project Timelines

  • Content & Assets: The client is responsible for providing all necessary logos, high resolution images, brand guidelines, text content, and required third party credentials (cPanel, WordPress admin, FTP, domain DNS) in a timely manner.
  • Project Delays: Timelines provided by Botexy are dependent on prompt feedback and asset submission from the client. Unreasonable delays (exceeding 14 business days without prior notice) may result in project suspension or rescheduling fees.

4. Revisions and Scope Changes

  • Included Revisions: Unless otherwise specified in the proposal, each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions aligned with the original project scope.
  • Scope Creep: Any request for new features, design alterations outside the initial agreement, or additional page layouts requested after project approval will be quoted separately as additional work.

5. Third Party Licenses & Hosting

  • Themes & Plugins: The client is responsible for purchasing premium third party licenses (e.g., premium plugins, software APIs, stock photos) required for their website unless explicitly included in the project package.
  • Hosting Environment: Botexy is not liable for performance bottlenecks, downtimes, or server errors caused by low-quality third party hosting providers.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Ownership Transfer: Upon full and final payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom website design, code, graphics, and content created specifically for their project.
  • Portfolio Showcase: Unless a formal Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project, Botexy reserves the right to display completed projects, mockups, and performance statistics in its online portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

7. Post Launch Support & Warranty

  • Bug Fix Guarantee: All web development projects include 14 to 30 days of free bug-fix support after final delivery to resolve any technical glitches or layout inconsistencies related to the delivered work.
  • Post Delivery Modifications: Any site crashes or issues caused by third-party plugin updates, server alterations, or client-side code edits made after the support period are not covered under the free warranty and will require a paid maintenance service.

8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Botexy or Rashedul Islam be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services or third party web tools.

9. Refund Policy
Deposits and payments are generally non refundable once work has officially begun. However, if Botexy is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be processed fairly.
